Do you offer payment plans?

  • Initial Deposit (40%): This upfront payment does more than reserve your spot. It's our commitment to you—and yours to us. We'll dive deep into planning your perfect visual story, ensuring every detail aligns with your professional brand before we even pick up a camera.

  • Mid-Project Payment (40%): Due on photo session day, this installment reflects the real value we're creating together. It's not just a payment—it's your investment in capturing the authentic professional image that will help you stand out in a crowded market.

  • Final Payment (20%): We don't want a dime until you're completely satisfied. This final payment comes only after you've reviewed and approved your images, giving you total confidence in your investment.

How long does a typical photo session take?

  • Illuminate Experience: Two-day (6-8 hours) immersive brand photography experience

  • Elevate Experience: Full-day professional photo session (6 hours)

  • Emerge Experience: 2-hour professional photo session

Each package is designed to minimize disruption to your professional workflow while capturing comprehensive, high-quality imagery.

Do you photograph on-location or in a studio?

Both! We offer:

  • On-site photography at your professional location

  • Studio photo session with professional lighting and backdrops

  • Hybrid options combining multiple settings

We'll work with you to select the most appropriate setting that authentically represents your brand and professional environment which the majority of time is your business location.

What areas do you serve?

Primary service area: San Antonio and surrounding South Central Texas region

  • Local photo session within 50 miles of San Antonio are included in base pricing

  • Travel fees apply for locations beyond this radius

  • Virtual consultation options available for initial planning

How far in advance should I book a photo session?

Professional branding is rarely something businesses plan months in advance—until suddenly, it becomes critically important. We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks ahead, especially during peak business seasons like January (post-holiday business planning), early spring (before conference season), and late summer (preparing for fall marketing materials). Our calendar fills quickly, with many professional service firms and medical practices booking well in advance. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, which means waiting until the last minute could leave you without the professional imagery you need to stand out. If you're facing an urgent deadline—perhaps for a website refresh, marketing campaign, or critical business proposal—we recommend reaching out immediately. While we always try to accommodate urgent needs, our most sought-after time slots can book up weeks in advance. The earlier you contact us, the more flexibility we have in creating the perfect visual story for your brand.

What if I'm not satisfied with the photos?

Surprises are great for birthday parties, not for professional branding. Our entire process is designed to ensure you're thrilled with your images before we even pick up a camera. It starts with an in-depth consultation where we'll map out every detail—from your brand's vision to the specific shots you need. We'll review wardrobe, locations, and your business goals so meticulously that when we deliver your final images, they'll look exactly like what we discussed. Our proofing process gives you full control, with the option for one round of minor edits to fine-tune the images. In the rare event that something doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a satisfaction guarantee that includes potential reshoot options. But honestly? Our clients tell us we nail their vision so precisely that "not satisfied" isn't a phrase they use.
